I have a 15 Ecoboost with pp brakes, aka stock GT brakes. I've already ordered Bullitt 6 piston front calipers. Also ordered the PP master cylinder and brake booster to avoid any brake bias on the track.

Since this is a completely new setup, what front rotors do folks recommend for the occasional track days and auto cross?

Also is it necessary to upgrade the rear calipers? The Bullitt rear calipers dont look much different than my PP rear brakes.

TIA for any suggestions!

If you want to reduce weight - Steeda or Baer, if you're not too concerned about it - OEM (much cheaper)

That's because they're the same caliper.

look on ebay for the Shelby company when they toss brake systems with 'zero' miles out for bid.

I thought the rears might be the same. Wasn’t sure though. Thanks for confirming that.

I did look, even messaged them to see if they were going to post any. They said no time soon. So went the Steeda route for the Bullitt calipers.

Surely you're not running the original rotors with the PP calipers?

I’ve used sp performance rotors in the past for multiple vehicles and have loved them. Will be putting the cross drilled silvers on my s550 in a few weeks.

That being said...they are currently sponsoring me...so I am a little bias lol...but they are on my Powerstroke that has 40’s and she stops on a dime.

I think they are running a sale but you can use LCF_s550 for 15% off

are the rear rotors vented correctly or do they follow factory stupidity?
I will check when I receive them. Should get them early next week...if the snow stays away lol.
This is the 1st cross drilled set I’d used from them. I usually put slotted on my trucks

You don't want the GT master cylinder. You have an Ecoboost with less weight on the front end. Keep the Ecoboost master so you don't end up with too much bias to the front.
If you intend to run slicks or track only tires, you will get more weight transfer to the front and might get an advantage from the GT master cylinder.
