I couldn't get my dealer to change it from 19 down to 10... let alone down to 1.

I have no money down because the dealer doesn't require it. I've done business with them a few times before. They are a hand shake dealer, always straight forward.I'm not positive but I believe only a Regional Sales Director can assign those code numbers of 01. It could be your dealer went to bat for you with the higher ups to get you bumped for waiting so long.
