I ordered my car on May 20th, retail order. I am sitting at Priority 01, which it changed to from Priority 10 on Monday. Dealer said they expect my car to be assigned a VIN sometime today. Cotus still shows it as in the first step.

Are you sure it's stock, typically 15 is retail.

was just told a week 42 build week, which lands in october 13th timeframe. COTUS still shows order processing, no VIN

just what my dealer email said. My DORA showed priority 10, all the way back in May, so I assume it was not a typo.

Well, it was priority 10 since May. He said on Monday it had changed to priority 01. If it was priority 10, and it changed and the dealer said I should get a VIN today, what would it have changed to?

Priority 1 is pretty much reserved for the event that your car is damaged in transit and they have to get a new one made ASAP.

I couldn't get my dealer to change it from 19 down to 10... let alone down to 1.

This was sent 3 days ago. My DORA from back in May when I ordered the car showed priority 10.

I'm not positive but I believe only a Regional Sales Director can assign those code numbers of 01. It could be your dealer went to bat for you with the higher ups to get you bumped for waiting so long.

They also forgot to add nav, which they are doing on monday

I have no money down because the dealer doesn't require it. I've done business with them a few times before. They are a hand shake dealer, always straight forward.
