Does anyone have a clarification on "No additional 50years appearance package"? I'm not understanding. Is Ford not going to build any more 50th appearance packages, or are the parts just in short supply and they will continue this package when parts stock is replenished? I did not receive a VIN again today, my dealer has no answers, and this package is the only hold up I can see.

It's a current supply constraint. These reports are issued weekly and change weekly.

I think they are done with the package. If you go to Ford.com you can no longer choose the package.

A friend of mine got a VIN today with this pkg. Just think they are in short supply.

I just went there and it was selectable in the GT Premium fastback trim.

This is my main concern. My initial order that I ordered on June 20 and cancelled (but which is still showing up in COTUS) hasn't gotten a VIN. My second order that I ordered last weekend isn't showing up in COTUS yet.

If they're really done scheduling cars with the 50th Anniversary Appearance Package, and my orders are never actually going to be filled, then I'm not going to be getting a Mustang. I don't want it without that package, and it's ludicrous to me that they just, what, don't have enough materials to fulfill it?

RisingForce, can you please add a disclaimer to these posts so people stop jumping to conclusions? Put in first post that this is a weekly report and that all materials are scheduled on a weekly basis.
