11-14 we usually tune 600-630 wheel on a safe pump tune, you can push more, but that's where we tune them, 15 should take a little more

Those vband flanges will only support about 1200rwhp. They just start choking up.

If you call and talk to precision, they are surprised guys are getting that much out of them. Really no reason to go above the 62mm with the vband flanges.

I'm pushing 30psi with my 67mm on my hellion twin kit on my 14. Granted I am going through an auto, but the turbos are just tapped out at 1200rwhp. I'm actually modifying the kit to put on t4 flandges... Hoping 1400-1500rwhp then. Might have to upgrade the intercooler.
Justin,

We've seen the same issue with the v-band housings from Precision. Back pressure starts to get nutty at around 1200whp. I've experienced it with Ford and GM systems that we've built.

So who do I need to talk to at hellion? My 14 does have a hellion twin kit and even y'alls own techs when i have called in told me Im tapped out.

What are y'alls egt's? Is this 1400rwhp dyno only, or is this a drivable 1/4 mile capable power? I'm sure I could crank up the boost and some more timing to hit 1400 on the dyno, but to make that setup live racing it is another thing.

I'm not trying to hate, I'm making big power with your kit, but several tuners, precision, and even your own techs tell me the same thing
Here is a video of 1346 hp, with 64mm BB upgrade turbos. Saud had made over 1400 earlier in the day with the filters off, but didnt get a video. He lost the clutch but sent us this 1346 video.

That makes more sense....

Manual car vs auto, pushed on the dyno for higher numbers, then the fact time of year and dyno differences can account for what I've seen up to 70rwhp even on the same day(did two seperate dyno days at a shop on the same day).

Which comes back to my point, there is really no reason to upgrade past 62mm. We did testing on my car, we had a pair of 62mm, 64.5mm, and 67mm... They all peaked out around 1200rwhp on a safe tune I could beat on everyday. The BB 64.5mm spooled up slightly quicker, but nothing really to mention. That turbo is really more designed for higher psi 30+ like the 4 cylinder import guys. Which is why said car above probably pushed slightly more also, but I bet his EGT' were stupid high.

This can all be backed up by precision turbo and many other tuners. Those T3's just choke up. Awesome design, and great for 99% of the people with your setups.
