Unlocking features with SCT X4

I have a SCT X4 tuner for my 2019 gt pp1 with the 10r80. I want to unlock of tune in features like the trans brake, launch control, 2 step, things like that, and everyone is talking about how you can do it with an hptuner. Is it possible to do it with an SCT tuner? I don’t want to pay another 400 bucks for another tuner when i just recently got my X4. So is there a way or do you absolutely need an hptuner?

Isnt launch control built into the dash?

The automatic only has line lock, no launch control. It is done through the dash.
