Unlock Premium software features?

Anyone know if the premium features such as drive modes are on the base model computer and just locked? Could it be unlocked with an SCT tuner if so?

Go to the infotainment section, there is a thread on there regarding this. Cliff notes version: You need the Premium Radio Bezel for the 4th switch and need to modify the as built data (which is pretty simple and can do other things as well).
