I haven't seen the pony, but I have seen the Ford oval on the hood. Pics are a bit sucky and grainy because of the low light... But here ya go.

I haven't seen the oval or pony yet even with a little frost in the mornings. Even when I get remote start going to heat up the engine, still no go.

Maybe when it's a colder?

Guess those of us that are lucky enough to live where Palm Trees flourish will never have the opportunity to see the Mustang imprint outline as the "frost" forms on the hood. Oh well, we will take your word for it. Isn`t that what "faith" is all about? LOL

Frost has nothing to do with it. Condensation(liquid water) is what you will see
not frost!

The hood insulator pretty much blocks any pony-oval condensation evaporation effect.

Which is probably why there have been zero pony sightings.

The one under the hood insulation is probably the easiest to locate...but at the MOCSEM Mustang Hero's Banquet at Ford last August, we were told by Dave Pericak, that there were about 10 ( I don't recall that he was more specific than that ) pony impressions hidden in various places in/on the car. He pointed out the one on the underside of the hood, but would not give away the location of any more of them...he said we had to find them.

So....let us know when anyone finds another one!

I was lucky enough to sit in on the local dealerships sales training from a Ford Factory Rep. He mentioned the 'hidden' ponies. He showed us the Pony under the hood. But refused to say where all of the others were. He wanted it to be game for both the sales staff and buyers to find them all.

I can't wait to start looking for these ponies...I'd imagine that there would be some in the wheel well, trunk area or maybe even somewhere in/under the interior?

Frankly, if your of a "certain" age, one doesn`t have the inclination to go on a mindless scavenger hunt tearing a new vehicle apart looking for hidden or secret pony embossed markings, just saying......Time better spent enjoying a Pint or two of Craft Beer.

Curious if any of the guys tearing these cars apart on the forum have found any of these?

Hope they enjoy the after effects of noise and rattles to satisfy their curiosity.

Well most of them are going to be racing hardcore so I don't think they care about that so much.

But I certainly wouldn't spend a weekend taking door panels and carpet up to look for these,
