Bizarrely enough I got an update from Karen last night. (Requested update 22nd Nov, must have been in her junk mail). States my car is scheduled for a vessel to leave Baltimore and will chase this up today.
My car was built last week 12th same as Ben and few others on here. I will post as soon as I get any more info.

Just checked ETIS again. My build date was the 11th, then the 13th, now its the 11th again but my equipment list has expanded to include "Mustang" and "GT".

Which is a relief, its nice to know that a Mustang GT is part of my standard equipment on a Mustang GT.
All that "GT" stuff has gone again from mine today, but the build date has moved from the 11th to the 14th. It's a strange system!

I can now see my VIN on the tracking site: https://www.2wglobal.com/ (click Track & Trace on the left side).
On the 'Glorious Leader' as promised. Only downside now is the route the ship is taking. Departs Baltimore 20th Jan, doesn't then land in Zeebrugge until 15th Feb!
I'm guessing it could be well into March by the time I see it, by then the bitterly cold, icy weather and grit salt may have gone. Always look for the positives.
Car was built 21st October, GT.

I've noticed that your choice of browser changes what is shown. I get the 11th + extra options using Chrome. I get the 13th and lacking options using Internet Explorer.

As a software developer, that irks me to no end!

EDIT: Nevermind, both show the same this afternoon (13th + no extras).

Hey Royal, No VIN as of yet. I've been knocked back a lot. I was told 11th Nov, got knocked back on that, then told Before end of 2015, knocked back on that, then told early Jan, and well, as we're past the mid point of Jan, i'll assume a knockback on that, i've never had the VIN or partial vin to be able to check ETIS myself. And I only ever get replies on the Email from Karen directly as she's specifically said she will 'look after my car'. No updates as of this week from Her, will chase tomorrow, but haven't been checking as have been on training courses with work so like the good boy I am, emails are off

Does it depend how you refresh the browser?

Nope.

Cleared all browsing data in MS Edge and cleared data + disabled cache in Google chrome. Type in my VIN# and this was the result (Left, MSE. Right, Chrome)

Chrome has the build date from the window sticker and the correct equipment. MSE has a truncated list and the wrong build date.

They're using JSP as their programming language so god knows what's going on behind the scenes.

P.S. If anyone could tell me what "Mustang FOE" means that'd be appreciated. :)

Mine comes up the same in Explorer, Edge and Chrome. And the FOE has gone from mine, as per your Chrome.
