They have been very fair with me. Last year my quote didnt budge for air filter and exhaust mods and this year my renewal premium didnt budge when I added on Steeda suspension braces - which appear to be covered under the generic umberella of :

1) Pointless question due to personal circumstances / driving records / post codes / mileage / work use etc etc. What I can say is that for me, A Plan was near half the cost of my second best option

There's no point trying to compare to what others pay here. Insurance is based on so many risk factors......your age, sex, location, usage, driving history etc etc.

What you really want is an insurance company that goes above and beyond with great customer service. A-Plan have that in spades
