I recently bought a Lund Tune, pmas cold air intake, and LTH. Would it be okay to install the tune one weekend and then cai the next, and then maybe the LTH the next? Or would I need a tune revision for that if I do it separately?

If your pmas is a no tune intake your good to go. LTH don't really need a tune as long as your running cats and rear o2. Otherwise you need a tune.

The CAI is tune required and my LTH are catless . I have a Lund Tune I’m just saying is it okay to do the tune first then add the CAI, and LTH in a few weeks

If the tune is setup for the no-tune PMAS then your fine. If the tune is setup for a tune-required PMAS, then no you will have to install the CAI and tune together.

Regarding the LTH, Lund sets up all their tunes with the rear O2's off so you can run stock exhaust or catless LTH, and anything inbetween. You'll be fine with adding the headers later.
