Tuning complete. Time for the track!

This will be the 3rd straight weekend rained out from hitting the track... I do however have everything installed, and have done some street cruising on the one dry day. It will actually hold 2nd gear!!!!. Even rolling into first it spins, but still pulls forward decent instead of just lighting them up.

I am so damn ready for some results. Beefcake made some moves to finally get the CB005's, and had lund lined up for trackside remote session, but can't control the weather.

Pretty damn disappointing boys... spent a pile with @BMR Tech , track was on kill ( our 275 car went 1.14 60’ on a soft tune literally 3 mins before my best run). Still spinning and rattling/wheel hopping the tires all through first and into 2nd. 1.58 60’... still hasn’t even beat my n/a 60’ last year. 10.60’s@134. Mph dropped a bit too, but 3,000 da and dropping 3lbs of boost I can understand the mph drop, and if it doesn’t 60’ the mph is gonn suck. Was running 130 mph first 2 passes, so 3rd pass I paddle shifted to zing it to 8,000 to make 14 lbs and ran 134. Still seems down on power.

Yes your 60ft is still.killing you,i just dont understand why are still.spinning.I get low 1.4 60's with that tire and stock suspension.Was it +3000 da? If so that is hurting your mph.

I wouldn’t have spent the money on the suspension honestly. Not without 3-4 track outings as it was before. Seems like you overreacted a bit and spent a bunch of money.

Yes your 60ft is still.killing you,i just dont understand why are still.spinning.I get low 1.4 60's with that tire and stock suspension.Was it +3000 da? If so that is hurting your mph.

Yes unfortunately our humidity kills us. I don’t get it either. Too much converter I guess but I mean come on I’m not making that much power. I have a couple vids just need to jump through the damn YouTube hoops. Dumb you can’t just drop a vid easily...

Now I know your working with a different power level. But here is my NA setup 3.55, 6F, everything power wise. [email protected].
1.47.1-50 60 basic prep car is clued.

305/45 R
2nd gear 8-10 second 7k burnout. Nice smoke
16 psi in tires.

D1X now just working on the tune.
3.55, 4F the rest of the setup is the same with the exception of ported boss intake vs ported CJ intake.
Maybe it won't hook at all now, hope it does

I have a d1sc with over 800 whp and hook.I have an fti convertor but !!!!! I thought it was a 3800 stall but when i just sent it to them when my trans brioke the guy told me it was only set to 3400 stall.Not sure if i believe that being i was getting low 1.4 60 ft but thought with 800 plus i would be getting 1.3.Anyway its back now and it is stallled to 3800 so i will see how it hooks now.Jay should be hooking fine with what he has done to his car,it dont make sence.What was the da again,did u say +3000?

Ya man I’m speechless. And yes 3,000 when our humidity sets in in the evenings. 3,400 tonight.... it has crossed my mind to send the converter back to tighten up. 4c, but now on boost I flashes to 4,200 or so.

Yea maybe that stall wirh 355's is making it hard to hook.My buddy had a 3c with 373's and when the track was prepped good he got high 1.3 60 ft and averaged low 1.4's..What size wheel is that tire on? Also that da is killing you and maybe the humidity is making it hard to hook.
