Tune Reliability

I've been thinking about tuning my car lately. I have the 7 year/100,000 warranty as I bought it used. I was wondering how reliable the 3.7 is. How many have blown up? Is there really anything to worry about?

Hi Neighbor! Unleashed and Bama tune is pretty reliable. Only thing it might void your warranty but its all depends on the dealer. As much as I know Sarasota ford is mod friendly and shouldn't void your warranty as long you return your car to stock before service.

Yeah I'll be going to them from now on because Mathews Currie is just awful when it comes to anything service related. They thought my car was a 5.0 when I pulled up and was going to charge me $100. I asked why they thought it was a 5.0 and they said because it looked cool....so I'll have to ask Sarasota ford about mods

I actually bought my car from Mathew Curries lol I had pretty good experience with them since friend of mine used to be sales rep there. We negotiated the numbers (below factory invoice) and they ordered car for me and 6-7 weeks later I came sign papers and got the car. They also were able to lower my APR. I always come prepared pre-proved from my bank but they offer me better deal thru their lender (Chase Bank). There is one guy who works over there and he is outstanding mechanic ( PM for his name). I would trust him to work on my car, I can't say much about other mechanics over there.
