Well, mine just hit 30,000 miles (bought with 25k) so I will have to reserve judgement on reliability for awhile. These posts are raising my expectations to very high levels, though.
Same, I rolled over 27k sometime between yesterday and today, after my test drive it (probably 6 miles or so) odometer was at 11.3 miles. I haven't had any issues so far other than things that I or a shop have touched.

You and shops seem to have touched quite a bit already!

You're not wrong lol, just can't complain about suspension issues to the dealership, but engine stuff I'd definitely throw the stock intake back on and try it out.

I forgot about dropping my car off this morning to get it checked out for the cause of this random water leaking in on both driver and passenger sides.

No issues with me so far. 17.5k

Swapping my oil tomorrow to go with the factory recommended Motorcraft synthetic blend.

Haven't heard about any leaking issues. Is it through the top of the windows?

Got no idea, here's a few shots. Seems to come in from somewhere in/behind the entire dash.

Strange. Hopefully they'll figure it out.

I had this problem. It took several days and was fixed under warranty. Ford Dealer had to send it to their body shop to reseal part of the frame behind the fender. What happens is there is a gap in the frame (that should be sealed) that fills up with water and then when you drive it spills out and comes in behind the dash. They had to take my fender right off to do the fix. First fix didn't work (they tested it themselves) and they had to re-do it. No leaks anymore.

P.S. Just rolled over 50,000 kms last week. Love this car! Wish I had a work beater to drive as well though, hate putting so many KMs on it.

Not doubting your explanation at all, but mine is when it's just sitting parked then I come out and notice it. My parking spot is on a slight incline so that could have something to do it with it perhaps, but I've noticed it at work when it rains and that spot is flat.

Was yours both sides or just one?

I'm a fan of the Cyclone. I wish there had been a PP option like the EB. When I was buying I drove all three and liked the V6 more than the EB w/o question. The artificial options limits on a great engine is unfortunate.

Just the passenger side. My car sits on a flat parking spot as well. Apparently this gap in the frame filled up with water and then was high enough to spill over behind the dash and the movement of the vehicle was key. I noticed the leak once I started driving after it rained. (it rains a lot in Vancouver). If your vehicle is still under warranty should be on the dealer to sort it. Sounded like a big job though, so wouldn't want to pay full labour costs on something like this. Apparently the F150 has similar water leaking issues as there was a truck in at the same time and they were trying to isolate the source of the water on that as well.
Like I said, they had to take the whole fender off on my Mustang to get at it and the reseal was done at the body shop the dealer uses.

It definitely is under warranty, I bought an extended warranty too so I'm covered for something like 6/100k iirc. I'm in a loaner vehicle too and nothing big coming up for meets I want to attend so I don't mind it being missing as bad for a little bit. If they can't find anything by tomorrow when I check in again, I'll let them know about that being a possibility.

Holy crap, maybe commenting on this issue has led to some bad luck, my car started leaking again. Same spot. Wet snow here in Vancouver.

Ruroh! I got an update on mine, looks like it is something at the top of the windshield. The window guy is going to come on Monday so I'm without my car for the weekend :(

Did you notice anything on the windshield? Like the adhesive is bubbling or coming off? I think I've seen a post or two where the adhesion between the windshield and whatever it is on separate.
