Please assume that the tune is on an otherwise stock 2015 EcoBoost for, let's say, 91 octane. Say it's for daily driving and not for the strip or auto course. Let's say you have done some investigation and have some reason to pick one or the other.
You would choose which tune (I'm hoping a poll is posted here):

Right now, I've been using the MAP custom canned tune for a stock car with the AP. Prior to it, I ran the Cobb S1.

Where is the "other" option? Cobb for instance builds the hardware and offers off the shelf tunes basically like SCT, but there are multiple companies that will do Accessport tunes.

You basically left out a bunch of potential answers. Does that mean those are the only tunes you will consider?

No, I didn't mean that. The last option is "Ford Racing/other", but I didn't know the other options. Please feel free to comment or suggest other options. I can't expand the poll at this point.

Ford Racing Tune might not be as good as some of these others but it will cover the warranty which I am all for.

I think by selecting Cobb would imply OTS Cobb tunes or custom tuning using their software

I personally like the features of the AP so I went with that device. For tunes I went with FFTEC, I like the idea of getting all my parts from the same company because that company will know how the car should react with their parts and it gives a better starting point if/when you decide to e-tune (or dyno tune if you are close to your tuner). I think FFTEC's parts are very reasonably priced while maintaining excellent quality. They might not be quite as vocal on the board as some others but if you look at their reputation in the BMW and Mitsubishi realm they are great. Once the cat is out of the bag on all the cool stuff they are working on I'm sure they'll draw a lot more consideration from people.

That's my .02

Unleashed should be added, Torrie is a great tuner with a good history with the Ecoboost.

I third this, after NeoDark.

Torrie all the way.
