Alright so I am thinking about adding some more power to my phase 1 roush gt. I don't know if I should just keep the phase 1 and get an aftermarket tune and call it a day, or go for the phase 2 727 first and then go from there. I don't really want to swap out the 47ib injectors so I feel like I should just get the phase 1 tuned and call it a day but I want to hear what you guys have to say. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

Don’t waste your time with a Roush tune.
Chat to Lund/PBD/AED, see what they need done in terms of injectors/pulley/pump etc and go from there.
Example: mate had a Roush stage 1. Trapped 126mph.
Spoke with Lund, dropped a pulley or two, added LT’s, swapped out the intake, injectors and pump, 134mph thanks. 8mph is a SUBSTANTIAL gain.
We’re not talking 50hp here.

The Roush tune are notoriously conservative in order to keep warranty situation under control and contribute to long-term reliability. Your car is no longer under warranty so going with another company's tune (VMP, Brenspeed, etc) will certainly get you more power. That being said, my 15 RS3 has the phase 2 setup (Roush tune) whose kits are available from American Muscle, VMP and others. I would recommend going this route along with a more aggressive tune to get the power you want. Myself, I'm happy with the Roush tune as I plan on keeping this car a long time and favor reliability over the extra power.

Keep an eye on the for sale section. A lot of supercharger related parts for sale. Year old injectors. BAPs. You name it. I sold a BAP. I used for 9 months and about 2500 miles. when I went to a return style fuel system. Check with a good tuner. (I use Lund). And see what they would need to really bump the power up. Your sitting on decent power right now. So take your time. Figure your goals out. And go from there.

I just did the Roush Phase 2 727hp upgrade to my phase 1 setup. It's a nice little bump in power, but honestly not a dramatic difference. The Roush tune definitely lacks some nuts, but overall I'm happy with it and feel it was money well spent.

I was just about to pull the trigger on the phase 2 727 upgrade kit. You think I should go ahead and do it?

I'm happy with mine, but I'm not out trying to win races or HP wars. I think if you're looking for a major WOW factor improvement you will be disappointed with the Roush tune. If you're just looking for a simple small bump in power like I was, you will be happy.
