I'm happy with mine, but I'm not out trying to win races or HP wars. I think if you're looking for a major WOW factor improvement you will be disappointed with the Roush tune. If you're just looking for a simple small bump in power like I was, you will be happy.

I just did the Roush Phase 2 727hp upgrade to my phase 1 setup. It's a nice little bump in power, but honestly not a dramatic difference. The Roush tune definitely lacks some nuts, but overall I'm happy with it and feel it was money well spent.
