Posted in the Gt350 section but was advised I might get some more help over here. I'm trying to finish up my system install while I wait for some parts to be corrected from Procharger. I'm slightly confused. The instructions say nothing about the hose/connector that I've included with what I *think* I'm supposed to do in red. I also thought it would be ok to keep my ford catch can in place and run the pcv system the way I have currently started, is this ok?

Am I running the T to the IMRC solenoid correctly assuming I can run my existing catch can this way? The instructions are lacking to say the least and I've done a lot of discussion searching and image searching but see they have changed the configuration of the PCV system at some point. Any photos of how your ran the hose to the air filter as well, none of that is shown in the instructions. Any help would be great and yes I know not everything else is totally hooked up yet, waiting for some oetiker clamps to come today instead of using shitty band clamps . Thank you!

You can use that hose to run to a BOV, boost gauge, vacuum block, etc... I ran it to a vacuum block and everything else is hooked up to that. If that is what you're asking... otherwise, sure delete it.

You need to rethink your catch can set up . It appears you tied in for the IMRC, no beano.

Yes I saw how they ran the manifold off the front in some of the other set ups. With these instructions it has it running off the back of the hard line on the passenger side. You can see it up moved out of the way in the 2nd picture.

Thanks for the response. It looks like it shows you tie the PCV to the T going to the IMRC solenoid though? I downloaded the manual for the 18-23 gt and it's not the same as mine.

Pics for reference, I'm a gen2 with a Gen 3 intake . No catch can but you either need to vent it or t it into th left valve cover vent and go to the air inlet or vent both to a filter . Looking at the pics , lose the asprator, I assume the vacuum block goes to either a boost gauge or bov . Tap your irmc vacuum into that block

Why are you running the IMRC line into a T with the PCV hose? The positive crankcase pressure is going to not only pressurize your IMRC vacuum pod, but will also push blow by vapors into the IMRC Pod and you won't have vacuum from the intake manifold to operate the IMRC's. The PCV hose coming off of the catch can should go directly to the 5/8" port in the intake manifold right behind the throttle body (same place the OEM PCV hose went).

If you intend on using the Ford Performance catch can, you need a check valve in between the intake manifold and the catch can, otherwise you will pressurize it under boost.

Or better yet, you should be running a dual port breather catch can setup, deleting the PCV valve and replacing with a high flow fitting, and having 0 schmeg going back into the intake manifold or intake. This will also allow you to re-use that 5/8" port on the intake manifold to feed a vacuum block.

Thank you for the input but all it did was confuse me more, haha. I contacted procharger this morning and even they admitted the instructions weren't very clear and sent me a picture of exactly how it should be run. If I wanted to run the Ford catch can I would need a check valve. They did confirm the "T" from the passenger side needs to tie into the IMRC. Maybe this is just gt350 related? Thanks for any input on this.

Picture from procharger.
