Had someone on a Mustang FB group ask if I was interested in swapping trunk panels with. His trunk had the factory blade wing and he was looking for a blank trunk so he could get the Roush rear spoiler. So after a few texts and picture exchanges that our trunks were in excellent shape, we made the agreement. Figured his trunk was already predrilled perfectly from the factory with the intricate holes and slots that Ford utilizes. The trunk swap itself took 90 minutes taking our time. However the blade spoiler removal and adhesive strip removal took the longest.
This particular 2018 PP1 spoiler is kinda famous - its the one that Bill from CJ Pony Parts removed from his own Mustang in order to put the GT350 wing on on his Youtube video. After some convo, we agreed to a price and I picked it up in PA at a dog rescue fundraiser. the 2018 spoiler holes and slots is an exact fit for 2015-2017 trunk lids with factory spoilers FYI. I am very happy with the results and this 2018 spoiler is the best design from Ford in my opinion for the S550.
