Interesting discussion and so on with Greg Taylor, who identified himself as one of the owners, concerning an extended warranty that I thought I had purchased on line earlier today for my 2017 GT350. (Not an R)
I paid via credit card.
I printed out a "Ford Protect" document that showed the purchase.
Check this out--

First conversation with Greg--
"I have a copy of the window sticker and you have an R model and it is not covered by the extended warranty."
I attempted to tell him that the circled "R" after the 350 on the sticker did not indicate it was an "R".
He had to call someone to check it out.
Yes.
He identified himself as an owner.
Second conversation--
About how it went--
You do not have an "R".
We are not going to honor the extended warranty purchase because one of the boxes you checked on the purchase sheet indicated that we were not responsible for errors on the site.
(The site listed the GT500 as included in the Mustang price but not list the GT350 anyplace)
Bottom line--
No extended warranty from Troy Ford unless I ponied up a total of $1900 or so.
I elected not to do that.
I was also not a very happy camper at the time.
It appears that the web site has been in error for some time.
So it goes in the land of legality---
Be safe.
