This is my 3rd season running a 10R80 transmission on the 1/4 mile.
(I compete in a "foot brake only" class and qualify on reaction time)
My question is, what are the limitations of electronic tuning of my transmission. What have you and/or your tuner been able to do, to increase or modify the performance of your transmission?
Example; Can you control the rpm of shift points for each gear separately?

I tuned my FBO 2020 10r80 with hptuners. Easy enough to tune each shift point the way you want it. There is a ton of ability to tune shift time, pressures and what not. When and how converter lockup happens. Generally, I seem to see a consensus that there is not really a need to increase line pressure. You can tune the level of power reduction during shifts without much trouble. I tuned 'drag mode' into my non drive modes car. I 'tuned' so that the current gear is always displayed on the cluster instead of only when paddling a gear change.

i would like my drag mode tuned a bit to have a softer 1-2 shift but i don't want to pay $150 for a trans tune
