On the stock tires hold 1500 RPMs with the brake. And feed in the throttle progressively when you see the third yellow. Don't just floor the gas or you'll spin. With drag radials. Hold 1800 RPMs. Then floor the gas on the third yellow.

+1. Exactly what I do with my '14 GT automatic and my results are better than average, in my opinion.

Do you turn off traction control as well?

What was your best sixty? I hit 1.88 on the stock all seasons.

I turn all traction control off, do a decent burnout if the track isn't hooking.
I've consistently ran about a tenth quicker in sport mode vs D mode. I know most guys say run d mode but s mode works better for me.
I've loaded it up as high as I could on the brake and floored it, and I've also just floored it right off idle. I had the same sixty foots both ways with my car so just try it and see what your car likes best!

1.91 It was a fluke though, the others were 1.95-1.97. Only got 3 runs so didn't really get to experiment with much more.
