but how can you pay money for something that you think is already ugly?

and typical dodge giving everything away. just like ram trucks. they practically beg you to buy them.

What heavy mods do you feel you'd need to do to a Hellcat?

I would store the stock wheels and tires and put something stickier and wider on, but other than that...

Upgrade the DS and half shafts if you plan on drag racing or bumping power, other than that you dont have to do anything to them other than ditch the shit p-zero's.

glad you got the automatic, those things are bad!
my buddy in NC had one of the baddest 6 speeds in the country, and after we
raced, I talked him in to trading it in on the auto 2 weeks later!
He got it to 9.6s very quickly with very few mods.

Good Luck and enjoy.

Congrats on the new Cat. I suspect the prices are dropping due to the upcoming Demon. I drove a Hellcat and it was fast in a straight line but was like a brick cornering. I also took one down when one came up next to me in a drag race. Not with my GT350 but with my 2015 Corvette. In all fairness, I probably had over 100 RWHP advantage and the C7 hooks better and is a good bit lighter.

600 a month is a darn fine lease payment as long as you didn't put 20K down. My first vette was 800 per month on a buy with no money down but it was also an 84 month term.

wow nice upgrade.

ive been looking around for lease deals myself. my commute went from 22k miles a year to 10k miles a year and can lease now.

the only decent lease deals out of the 3 are for challengers, but wow, 600/mo 0 down for a hellcat, sign me up!

PS: If you live around OH and want to drive a hellkitty paying around $600 a month with no down let me know;)
I put some $$ to lower the monthly but have seen some lower optioned stick cars lease for 0 down $500 a month. Hard to beat that.
Which is it? $600/mo with or without down payment?

Wow, yeah I just looked on dodges site and if you price them out there, you can get one for around $500 a month with 5k down (plus tax, title and fees). That's an incredible deal. Just need to find a dealer who will honor it. I would probably pay a little extra and do a 24 month lease.

$600 per month and no down payment!

FU*K

It makes me so sad/angry to see how expensive motoring is in my home country. Im paying more to lease a MINI Cooper... LOL!

If it were even possible to lease such a thing here the monthly cost would be somewhere around $3-4000 per month.

Enjoy it, what a deal!

Go Socialism!

So you went from owning a GT to doing a long term rent on a Hellcat, losing any equity you may of had?

I got my GT 10k under sticker so cost of ownership was around 4.5k for 12 months including taxes. Rolled little equity I had as down and drove away with a stupid monthly payment!
