I talked with the Ford rep via PM's today and she said they are still working the kinks out of the system. This means some orders are showing up and others aren't.

Here is the part of the PM from Tricia @ Ford.

You have the correct information pertaining to your order.

The tracking website is still in pilot phase. Feel free to contact me if you would like info on your order. My tracking system will have the latest updates.

My order wasn't there, then it was, now it isn't again. It took a couple of days to show up in the first place, was there for a day or two, then completely disappeared. It's disheartening, honestly. They've botched a lot of stuff on this launch to be honest.

The tracking site has nothing to do with the 2015 Mustang. My dealer told me today he could not track some of his F150 or Focus orders that have VINs etc.

No, I get that. It's sad that they have a website that's broken this badly, for this length of time. I'm coupling that with the other 2015 launch issues which makes it seem even worse.

I admit, I freaked out a little bit. It was in there the whole time until last night. I called Ford and she found it. Told me site is just down for maint. and she will put a note in my file that I am eagerly awaiting my new Mustang.

Some of you may not have the final order number correct. My dealer gave me one print out, then after I signed off on it and put down a deposit the ordered (submitted F4) car had a different order number.

A note of cautionary patience , any REAL tracking info is months away on orders so any thing you might see now is just data that has been loaded in the systems. From previous experience when cars are scheduled you will see dates and hard info on the system. Sit back , relax and enjoy the ride!.
