It looks from the schematics that both the base/tech and track spoilers have only 2 mounting points, one on each end. See that they connect down to just one HN1 nut on each side. Compare to the R spoiler that uses the same holes but also an additional one per side connected to bolt HS1. Not sure what to think of the holes in the decklid near center, however, in the Shelby spoilers schematic. Hopefully they are not there if you want to change the spoiler. If you look at the non-Shelby spoilers, they do use the center holes and 4 or 6 HN1 nuts total.

Yeah it's not going to work. Who cares though. There are plenty of excellent brake packages and options for base S550 cars. Pads are the biggest factor. One word: Carbotech.

The caliper mounts the same way on the PP cars. Same caliper, different color. If the rotor is the same width and the backspacing of the hat is the same it should bolt right on.

AP makes two piece rotors for the PP car but they are over $1,200 a set.

I figured I would try and use a Ford part first.

The calipers do not mount the same way. Look again. The GT350 calipers use a radial mount where the bolts are perpendicular to the hub. The PP (and regular GT) use a traditional mount where the bolts are parallel to the hub. You would need to use a GT350 spindle in order to mount the GT350 brakes, and I'm not even sure the spindles are interchangeable. (The links may be different as well)

You are right about the mounting. That said, if the back spacing and rotor dia. and thickness are the same it will fit.

The rotors are larger, 394mm vs 380. Id also bet the backspacing is different to accomodate the wider front track.
