Track Day Warranty

To be safe, just say you're another M6G member that you know uses the same insurance company when you call.

Unfortunately for me, I know first hand insurance does not cover HPDEs. Track day insurance for me from now on for the fast, dangerous tracks.

Competition or timed events voids your warranty

Seems like a Ford "Catch-22" putting "Track" in the name of the car then voiding the warranty when you take her to one, Tom but I get it.

I'm with you. You have to draw a line somewhere. Untimed, HPDEs are what I'm interested in anyways.

I think I'll still call USAA and see what they have to say, Tom since I'll be out on the first track that opens...(not). <BIG smile> That's not a dig, amigo, I'm actually quite envious as I've always had a "crazy streak" in me. Now, if I could drive a new 500 on a road course that belonged to someone ELSE, now THAT would be a different story. That's why I'm interested in the FP event, can't remember what it's called and I get them mixed up,) where Ford provides the cars and the instructors. For me, that would be perfect but the honest truth is, I could never push my car around like that.

I LOVE HIPO go cart racing, BTW. <grin> Very competitive by nature. <bigger grin

We have to maintain that story that way they don't crack down us... but we all know point bys are a real currency. Heheh...
