RE non driving guest:

There were a couple present. They get to sit in on all the classroom sessions. They join you in the car as you move to different driving sessions and they get pretty close to the action. Being a guest is an action photographers dream. They get the best viewing locations. Think of it as VIP access. I recommend that they bring a good set of binoculars for the the track part. A good SLR with a variable 28-300mm zoom and tripod is perfect here. The staff do a great job of chaperoning them to different locations so there isn't a lot of walking involved. I recommend a sun hat/ sunblock /umbrella and sun protective clothing for the track sessions as the roof viewing platform has no shade and its held at noontime. They too have access to the drinks and snacks so no need to bring them. They can carry a backpack if need be. I think they get an instructor lap at the end as well. When I booked, I requested a Red Car which for me is easier to recognize.
Thank you!

RE things to do:

forgot to add. The Mustang Museum is only minutes away and worth the side trip. $10 admission. Take all the photos you want. See one of the first mustangs produced.. I went before the dinner. One to two hours is sufficient. There’s also a mall and movie theater nearby. Several bbq joints as well. If you go, dont forget to sign your name on the wall.

I bought mine in January. I don’t plan on flying out to North Carolina for this. I’ve got better things to spend my vacation on. I wish it were transferable to give to somebody else. But I don’t think it is.
I thought I read you could transfer it to a family member only? Would have to go back through all of the material on the web site.

Drove my car 600 miles each way.
