Track attack insurance?

Has anyone gotten the extra track attack insurance?

I denied it initially but when I asked the person when I scheduled if someone wrecked into me if I'd be liable they said yes. I got a second email today wanting me to sign off that I'm refusing the insurance.

I took it, peace of mind. Do you really want to be on the hook for 60 plus grand if anything should happen? $5000 I can can handle if anything goes wrong but 60? no way. The track day was free so $200 for insurance seems fair. But that's just my opinion.

You gotta pay to play. Too many factors can go wrong which you may or may not have control over. It buys piece of mind.

Only $200 for insurance? At current pump prices that’s like a tank and half of premium for my Mach 1 lol. I’ll gladly pay that. I was expecting the insurance to be way more, granted I haven’t received my letter yet…….

Yeah I now. But I’m going to feel so special when it shows up. Nothing ever shows up for me in the mail that is cool. My wife had her own personal fedex truck that drops off shit everyday. For once I’m going to get something that isn’t a bill!

I took the insurance when I did the 2-day (pre-Mach 1 Track Attack) FPRS in May. Worth every penny to have that piece of mind even if things go more than sideways, I'm not replacing their $60K (before mods) car!

I have Hagerty for the weekend; covers my stated value -10% and also if I damage or my car damages anything at the track at repairs that as well.

You don't drive your Mach 1 at the Mach 1 Track attack, they have Mach 1's that you use. I don't believe you are allowed to use your own car.
