Track Attack Sold Out

I just spoke with someone at the Track Attack main number. Due to the sessions being sold out, they will be adding two more dates in CY2018. Tentatively June 14th and August 27th. The dinner reception will be the night prior. Both dates are expected to be confirmed by Thursday of this week. Also there is still availability in a 2-day session mid-October.

Pricing remains unchanged.

I also confirmed that Ford will only support the 1-day class at no-charge by taking the session within 12 months of delivery. The VIN will be used to confirm the delivery date.

I sure don't understand the negativity in some of these posts. I thought the Track Attack was excellent. The people on the phone, the instructors; everybody I met was fully into it and enthusiastic. I think some forum members get their panties in a bunch way too quickly. I guess some folks hear "free" and then figure they're entitled.

I took the two-day and learned a lot on day one, then applied it again on day two. If you're new to tracking, the Track Attack is a "gateway drug." You'll never be the same again. If you're experienced, you might just try to keep an open mind and learn something. OR, stay home and leave a slot for a newbie.

I say all this with a grin and a positive attitude!

I dont think that those of us that in limbo are posting negatively about it or acting entitled...so im not sure who you are refering to. I can say that I'm frustrated that some of us wont have the opportunity to go at all just becuase couple month window in which we bought our cars.

It comes down to bad luck purchase timimg. This issue is NOT new. The program has been underallocated since it started wih the '12 Boss 302.

I bought my 12 Boss in late Jan and by the time the paperwork arrived and I was in the system all slots for the year were sold out and since my "year" started in Jan I was automatically excluded from getting a slot during the next year as it would be past my 1 yr anniversary.

Yeah raised a stink with the track and Ford back then....lots of nice voices who all claimed the rules were the rules - despite the fact that they advertised the program that was already fully booked for the year on the day I bought the car.

Yes the dates were added. I signed up for Oct 31/Nov1. So anyone who was on concerned about not getting a spot call now.
