Track apps & LCD cluster between speedo/rpms?

Anyone know what models have the LCD screen between the speedo/RPMs? (And track apps).

From what I've seen, it's definitely on premium models... EB/V8. Any news on the V6 (051A) And non premium EB/V8? (200A/300A respectively) I believe on the S197 only premium models had it.

I've looked through the interior shots, but I wasn't quite sure.

I cannot find an answer. In he same screen as track apps there is a gauge mode that shows af ratio, iat as well as others. Is this available on all trim levels? And if not what trim levels is it offered with?
