*View / Clear Track Apps Unavailable*

Hi. I've been messing with this for a while and have given up before thinking to ask the forum. I cannot view or clear my TrackApps results. The only one I'm curious about is the acceleramator (or however its spelled). It doesnt work (never has) and I was thinking that clearing it might be a solution, but I can't. This picture is what I get every time. No matter what gear I'm in, with and without handbrake pulled. Every combo possible.

Has anyone else ran into this where no matter what you do this menu comes up?

EDIT: this hasn't changed due to my T/C and AdvanceTrac being disabled.
