Hi, I know some types of differentials can be damaged by different size tires on each side. Wondering whats the max safe size difference for full time use with a Torsen differential?

I buy used tires for the rear since I go through so many and I got a set with 1/32nd difference in tread which I guess is 1/16th of an inch difference in height although they weigh the same...

So one tires 28.1 inch tall the other is 28.0375 that makes ones circumference 88.2788 and the other is 88.0824.. I suppose thats only a .222973034% difference but just curious if it could cause problems at high speeds or anything over time?

That is not enough to cause any problems. Look at most of the cars out there and the right tire is usually much more worn than the left. Remember the Torsen acts like an open differential until there is enough torque applied. IE: only when decent accelerating does it actually do it's thing.
