Topping Off Full Synthetic with Blend

I'm 1k miles away until my next oil change and I need to top off a quart since the oil just hit the bottom mark on dipstick. Currently running MC Full Synth 5w30 but I can't find a 1qt bottle near me. Is it safe to top off my engine with a quart of 5w30 BLEND when needed without it causing issues or is it best to top off Full Synth with Full Synth?

You can use the blend if you are low to top off. It will still provide the protection and lubrication the engine needs as long as it is the same 5w30 rating as your synthetic oil.

API approved engine oils have to be compatible with one another. Nothing bad is going to happen.
