I finally received my Gforce Renegade half shafts and plan on swapping them in this Saturday. I have watched/read many articles on the swap and I only have this one question left.

Is enough diff fluid lost when pulling the half shafts out to warrant topping off the diff? I am hoping the answer is no but if not, what type/weight of fluid goes back in?

Thanks.

Maybe a few drops come out. No need to top it off.

Agreed, I didn't lose much of anything when I did the halfshafts installation.

Installed the shafts this morning. Only 2 drops out the passenger side and nothing came out the driver side.
