So I decided to go with 295/35/20 in the rear and 255/35/20 in the front! I will post pictures of the setup once they come in.

Niche recommended a 235/35R20 on a 20x9 wheel ? Never heard of a mustang wanting to grow up to be a honda stance car before ...
Niche did not recommend that, FitmentIndustries.com did

You can run a 275/35/20 on a 9" wheel, And run a 305/35/20 on the 10.5" wheel.

For a perfect fitment, go with a 265/35/20 on the front, and a 295/35/20 on the rear.
Are you worried about the total size difference of a 27.3" front and a 28.1" rear?

This thread is 6 years old, but no, The difference doesn't matter on a rear wheel drive car. As long as all of the wheel speed sensors see each wheel spinning, your good to go.

The OEM PP fitment is 255/40/19 front, and 275/40/19 on the rear. so a 2.6% difference

I now run a 305/30/19 on the front, and a 345/30/19 on the rear. No issues
