If it’s one thing I’m lacking knowledge in is Rim and maximum tire size. I have the black accent package on my 2019 Gt, 19x8.5 size rims. I’ve bit the bullet and ordered a roush stage 1. Just did a shit load of suspension work, beefier half axles, BMR suspension kits, larger sway bars with adjustable links and eibach lowering springs, along with vertical links. Could anyone point me in the right direction as far as the best size tire I could safely fit on the rims I have? Thanks.

255 / 265 is all you can fit on that rim. Get wider wheels if you have do so many mods already.

Agreed. Anything wider than that and it’s going to bulge which is not good for all those handling mods you did.

Less expensive option may be to pick up 4 performance package REAR wheels (front wheels are narrower) and run a squared setup (all wheels/tires same width), 275 or 285 all around. Keep in mind some tires run wider in the same size than others. Look at the tire specs and compare the section width if you want to run a wider 285 tire on the performance package wheel.

You need new wheels. Starting point is 10.5-11 (10 will do it but doesn't give as much flexibility) in the back with your Horsepower to accommodate sticker tires that are also wide (part requiring wider wheels). 305+ in the back is the usual recommendation. You're going to have a lot of power to deal with.
