I just called and also got $750 private cash good through 6/25/2018. I do think it may depend on prior new vehicle purchases. He asked me several questions and I mentioned I had bought a 2012 F150 and a 2013 F150. It took him about a minute to come back and confirm the offer. He gave me an offer number and a certificate number and said any dealer should be able to look it up. I tried to get him to extend it to 7/9 to align with current rebates, but he wouldn't do that. My EDD is 5/29, so hopefully that gives me enough cushion. He also confirmed $2,000 rebate until 7/9 for zip code 64153. Sticker price $45,485, purchased for $42,500 less $2,750 gets me under $40K at $39,750. I'll take that considering I was feeling good about $41,000.

Excellent for you. I'm trying to time mine for a 2019 order so I'm going to wait a bit before calling. This will be my 5th Mustang in a row, but my '07 is the last ford I've bought. Hopefully I'll qualify for something.

I also called today and got the $750 offer. As Silver Bullitt stated, may depend on prior purchases. I also have prior Ford purchases and got the offer number and certificate number and was told the dealer should be able to see it in the system. I should only need my offer for a few days, as the EDD is 4/8/18, t least last time COTUS updated. Man am I getting eager!!!!!

Howdy, new here.

It has nothing to do with prior purchases right now. Ford has opened the private cash spigot. I asked for brochures for the F150 and Mustang, I really think they care more about keeping the F150 sales robust because they make a LOT of money on those. I also filled out a trade-in request under inventory search for a car at a dealer.

It's $1000 for a F150 and $750 for a Mustang with exclusion for the GT350.

So have at it. (Oh, and good to 7/9/18 program #36480)

Figured I would share in case it helps anybody else. I went on ford's site to the brochure section and it popped up a $1000 private cash offer before I even attempted to download the brochure. I had been to the same page before recently without getting the offer. Hopefully it pops up for some other people as well. I went to the dealer and used it today

After reading this I have a couple questions. I just got an allocation for a 2018 GT350R, does this apply? If so it’s through a dealer in Daytona Beach, the website asks for my zip code for local offers. If it is available for the 350R, can I use it at the dealer in Florida? Maybe dumb questions, or maybe I should call and ask Ford. Thanks for any info.

My offer had this disclaimer:

"2017/2018/2019 vehicles: $1,000 on most Ford or Lincoln vehicles. Not available on Ford GT, F-150 Raptor, Focus RS, Mustang Shelby® GT350/350R and 2018 Lincoln Navigator. May not combine with other private, conquest or commercial offers.
A/Z/D Plan ineligible. Nontransferable out of household. Limit one per household. U.S. residents. Must redeem using original offer; no duplicates accepted. Prior purchases not eligible. Take new retail delivery from an authorized Ford or Lincoln Dealer's stock by 7/9/18"

Just FYI if anyone ends up being in the same boat. I took delivery on 4/18 and my private cash had expired on 3/29. Ford's marketing support told me that I can ask the dealer to submit a request with their business assistance center's for an exception. As a result the dealer was able to get the $750 coupon extended to 4/30 and make it part of the deal. I think this would only work if the particular program the private cash is part of hasn't expired. My certificate number had expired on 3/29 but the program's expiration date was 4/30.

I made this same mistake. I tried both trade-in estimator and brochure sign up. Don't know which one triggered it but i got a email saying i have to use it by 02/28. Kind of sucks because my car might not arrive until last week of March and i lost the opportunity to save 750 Should have tried it a week before getting my car
I did the same thing, and didn't hear anything. Then my sales guy called last Friday, and said that along with the $2500 I also had the $750 private cash. I have no idea how he got the info, and I didn't.

I called today and was told I have an offer. However it expires on May 3rd. EDD has been bumped up to 5/9, so it probably won't be here in time.

I called a few weeks back and didn’t have it. Ordered brochures and no luck, tried the trade in estimate and no luck.

Have any of you called ford, get told they don’t have anything for you, and then you call at a later date and they suddenly do have private cash for you?

Hey Kevin, how long was your $750 direct offer good before it expired? I'm trying to time my trade-in estimate.

Thanks!

I believe as long as you have a VIN your dealer can draft up documents so you can sign early and take advantage.

There is some risk but if you trust your dealer then you could take advantage.

I did this on a new 2010. Like Austin said, if you trust the dealer, sit down and get 'er done. Don't want to lose that 750.
