So are you saying what my dealer said is incorrect? They said since I placed a retail order before the expiration date that I'd still be able to use it.

Usually that apply to rebates & incentives only, not to the personal $750 customer cash.

My dealer accepted mine dated through 12/15 when I placed my order on Wednesday. I have no idea how he made it work or if he is counting on the regional rep approving it or perhaps he was just willing to sell for 750 below X plan. But I sure am glad for the help from Ford!

I finally got a $750 private cash offer sent to my email. I went on the brochure site and used ALL of my family members to sign up for 3 cars each. They sent one to my oldest sons name in my email. Dealer said I could use it.

In order for the Dealer to be able to use any specific mailed Cash Back or Loyalty Coupon they must enter the unique "code" on their VINCENT Report to get the credit and the "Delivery Date" must be no later then the expiration date listed on the offer. They often can "pre-date" the actual Delivery date by up to a week or so if the Vehicle is in transit (but) you will lose those extra days (week) of Warranty coverage.

My car has an estimated delivery date of November 17th, the expiration shouldn't be an issue.
