ticking sound from cams?

i have a couple post on this ticking sound i was told by someone at ford that it’s coming from my cams phasers ticking is coming from the driver side front of the engine

Get down under the car on the drivers side behind the front wheel and record there. Sounds like the BBQ tick to me

I agree with @SheepDog, OP record a video in this spot but to me from the videos you have it just sounds like the normal coyote tick.

Yup. BBQ tick. Countless threads on the subject. Get some Ceratec Liquimoly and add it to the engine oil. Ford says it's normal, no one truly knows for sure why some motors do this
