Looks good dude - I shall watch with interest. I'm interested in the make of the louvres too... I had the Roush ones but they fell off - wasn't happy with them anyway!

The louvers are made by Cervinis and just stick on with 3m tape. They fit really well and am really happy with the quality, quite expensive though.

How did your roush ones fall off, did you use 3m tape?
I have some roush side scoops on order, really hoping they don't decide to fly away one day.

I have the side scoops and they've stayed on really well, no issues.
The window scoops fell off... It was 3m tape but I don't think they were as well designed (not much tape was actually in contact with the window)

So tonight i fitted the Corsa Extreme exhaust........OMG!!!! Literally when i first started it every dog in the area went insane and there is an outside chance i may have even woke the dead. The sound settled down a lot once the engine warmed up and i realise that it will always be a fair bit louder when new but still, this thing is unsociably LOUD!

Took it for a good drive and it does sound amazing, the rumble is unreal and there is zero drone in the cabin what so ever. The looks on peoples faces was something to behold, think they thought the end of the world was coming. As cool as it sounds i couldn't help but feel it just needed to be a few DB quieter, i found myself changing into fourth very quickly indeed. Anything above 2,500 rpm is going to draw a lot of attention. Little fearful of getting pulled over by the police as i can't see them taking kindly to it, plus i found myself changing up super early to keep the volume down so wasn't making full use of the engines torque.

It's early days yet and am going to give it a few weeks to see if the volume reduces a bit over time but can see me ordering the sport version of the exhaust before the month is out.

Volume on moist exhausts drops after about 500 miles once the exhaust muffler packing beds in properly. However it's not a significant drop and that Corsa Extreme is still going to be, well, extreme.

Have not posted an update in a while so i thought i'd share a few pictures of progress so far.

Since my last post i have fitted a matte pony to the grill, Shelby carbon fiber rear deck lid, KW V1 coilovers and 1" spacers all around. Am letting the coilovers settle for the next few weeks before finalising the ride height, looking to take it lower than the pictures below.

Next step is to swap out my Corsa Extreme exhaust for a Corsa Sport system that I have and to fit Roush side scoops. :)

You still only replacing the back boxes on your exhaust? If you do full system, dibs on the extreme.
Yeah there was no point me paying out for the X-Pipe again when i already have one. If you want the extreme you can always just get the X pipe separately or use an H pipe which would be an interesting combo.
