Throttle Body Whistle?

Varies with RPM. 4-71 & 6-71 blowers are notorious for it.

I have a 15 GT with a 3l 5gen Whipple stage 2 with a whipple rune and I have the same annoying whistle noise at fixed rpm’s range under throttling. Not present at idle or higher loads. Have had it smoke checked and no identified vac leaks. I must think it is an aspect of the larger elliptical throttle body and air flow under increased intake vacuum? Anyone else have any further explanations?
