Throttle Body compatibility?

I have a '16 GT. Can I run an '18 throttle body (I've been told yes by the parts vendor and no by the tuner. I'm guessing the tuner correct?)

If you’re going to do it though, why not run one with an 18 GT manifold too?

That is a GT350 TB in that add.

The 18 up TB is digital 17 and dowm is analog. Best answer is it wont work without and A to D adapter, if one is made.

Thanks, that's what my tuner was telling me. Just wanted some 3rd party confirmation before I go hassle the parts vendor people about a refund for selling me a part I can't actually use.

Edit: Parts vendor is switching it to port a '15-17 TB for me instead. Problem solved.
