Tried to find an answer to this. If I am using a 2018 intake manifold on a 2017 coyote, can I use the gt350 throttle body or perhaps the 2018 throttle body? I thought the 2018 uses digital vs 2017 analog but not positive. Brett barber only reworks 2018 throttle body’s and gt350 throttle body’s. Would be good to know if I could on my naturally aspirated project

You'd likely want the GT350 as its analog, but I think you'll need an adapter I think for it to fit.

Yes, that’s what I was thinking too, but the adapters always say 2015-2017 which makes me wonder if it will work

I would keep your stock throttle body, as the gains if any won't be worth the money or headache of getting it to work.

You have problems with yours when you did it?

I tried a AFS ported throttle body on my 19. Car kept throwing codes and going into limp mode. I put the stock throttle body back on and cleared the codes. Ran great.
I contacted Brett Barber at AFS and he was well aware of the issue, as I was not the only one having them.
I also spoke with a few reputable tuners and they all said to go back to the stock throttle body.
In your case, you're trying to use an 18 GT or a GT350 throttle body on a 17. It's going to be a pain in the ass to get it to run right and that's if your tuner is willing and able to make it happen.

Good to know thanks Kermitz, what tuner did you use?
