Throttle actulator ctrl sys stuck

Hello
I have a mustang 2015 v6
I recently had my idle shudder and sometimes car doesn't start after fulling fuel .
So i changed vapor carniester valve and car was working perfectly after that .

2 days later my car rpm rises and service sign shows
When checked the obd code P2111
Throttle actuator ctrl sys-stuck open and simetimes throttle actualtor ctryl sys stuck close.

If i restart the car it will work for sometime and then it happens again.

What could be the problem ?

Sounds like your throttle plate is sticking. It might need to be cleaned to remove oily build up that can occur, causing the plate to stick.

I have noticed it now happenig after i out reverse then drivr , 1 minuite after drive the throttle stuck

now it got worsten , after 4 restarts it starts working and then after putting reverse then drive , it gets stuck again

As suggested above - clean the throttle body blade. There's specific throttle body cleaner for EFI engines available at most parts stores or from online vendors.

Other than trying that, a service appointment is the only other option.

I had the same code and problem with my 2015 V6. Replaced the throttle body with a new Ford unit. Easy job, maybe 20 minutes. You can order on line at places like Tasca Ford at a discount. I think the new throttle body and gasket was about $65 dollars. Car runs great.
