So for those that are not that familiar with Florida, Boca Raton has a high population of the rich and very rich. Imagine the money this guy must have to "learn" how to drive a manual in a car like this. Or the fact that he took it for a spin with no insurance. I really want to know if this guy is devastated or indifferent. If I had to guess, I'd say the later.
