TIGHT SQUEEZE: CHP said a boozed-up Daniel Soto, 22, drove through a security gate at the Golden Gate Bridge’s north end and started cruising along the pedestrian walkway on the west side of the bridge. He traveled 400 yards before his Mustang became wedged as the sidewalk narrowed. He was booked on suspicion of DUI.
But not as bad as this...
HOPE HE HAS A VERY UNDERSTANDING BOSS: It's bad to get your car wedged in a Muni maintenance pit and fail a sobriety test, but it's even worse if the car is a Maserati that belongs to your boss. But that's what police say happened to 21-year-old Dennis John Hanrahan, who according to Muni, sped into the lot and came to an abrupt halt when the flashy sportscar got jammed in a pit used to service buses. Hanrahan was booked on suspicion of DUI.
