The UK S550 "spotted" thread

Mine is supposed to be a daily, and a month in, with rain and -6c mornings, it's not moved (and is, in fact, covered). I'm hoping to get her out at the weekend and then she's in for detailing and paint protection the following weekend. Roll on the spring!

Not seen another Mustang in over 4 weeks... where are they all??? I went a spell seeing at least one a day in these parts. All surely can't have gone into hibernation :(

True darn sarf too...spend most of my week back and forth on a significant chunk of the m4 but nada, nothing for a few months i would say. Can only be a good thing!

Took mine for a spin down to the Haynes Motor Museum breakfast club meet today, always the first Sunday of every month. Cafe opens at nine. Over 200 cars, all sorts, there by my reckonong. Red 1965 Mustang driven in from Crewkerne (I think). Nice to see an oldun out in the frost and ice as well as my newer GT.
Looked round the service and restoration facilities. Impressive. Will almost certainly use them to look after mine. Using Trustford fills me with dread given their performance in actually getting the car to me! Another story.

I was at the Hayes Motor Museum a few weeks back, got a load of interest, so parked up by the front after am hour
spent hours there, very interesting some stunning cars there

'er indoors saw a black with OTT white stripes on Friday, her Mustang radar is now finely tuned. Sees more of them around the town than I do! Anyway, this spot just round the corner from the house near Queen's Cross in Aberdeen. SL66 Vsomething was the reg.

Just after 3pm today, spotted a Ruby Red fastback joining the M25 at J13, headed clockwise. It was a couple of hundred meters ahead of me, so I couldn't tell if it was an Ecoboost/GT or if it had the Custom Pack......all I could see was the tail lamps and a bit of trunk! By the time I got onto the m/way, it was already heading for the outside lane, so that was the last I saw of it.

Made an otherwise very dull (and grey and murky and DIRTY) drive home, a little more pleasant

Black GT decided to have a play with me on the A38 today, Oddly spaced current style 66 plate reg, Sikh driver with a giant beard, had smiles the whole way (both of us), got a thumbs up and a honk as I turned off home!

Decided to go to Bristol for a bit of xmas shopping today, thinking on the motorway how few stangs I have seen on the roads this year and then I see 2 in the same day! Late morning - TY heading east on the M4, jct 16 ish. Then a CO in the Cabots Circus car park on my way out
