Since I did not have the R, does the bigger wing block a lot of rearview mirror view? Did they let you test drive it? They would not let me test drive mine.

In my personal experience, it seems to be at the right height to block truck head lights and people's faces who are in cars.

Odd. They just called me and said, "Hi, still interested in a Shelby? We have a white R that just came in, it's $10k over MSRP. We paid sticker for it." To go from $4454 under to $10k over is strange.

They probably lowered the price below MSRP to get a bunch of interest, then marked it back up way over MSRP to see if anyone looking at it would bite. Some dealers are weasels and play games like that.

Those dirty rotten, stinken Stealerships. I for one say we should be able to buy cars like Tesla, why have markups at all. The manufacturer delivers it to your house, then the dealerships are repair only like any other appliance repair center.

Just noticed a 2018 Lead Foot Gray Base R for sale on eBay.

Not the color that you are looking for but still a good looking car IMO.

Certainly not going to be many Base R's in this color for the 2018MY.

Thanks, paid 2k over for HR437 out of Texas. Took me a couple years to find a deal. I’m trying to figure out how many cars with the same spec as mine there are. The factory numbers don’t break out ox white by stripe and electric pack . Thanks

Was at a local dealership (so cal) over the weekend getting the oil changed on my GT350 and saw a white GT350 in the showroom. As I'm waiting a salesman comes by to thank me for coming in. He starts asking me about my car, so I ask what he's selling the GT350 for. He says 77k, but it's negotiable. I asked what the last one they had sold for and he said 70k. He also said he sold a Bullit for $57... I found the $77k figure unbelievable of course... just thought I'd share.
