Most people, when they become adults, don't speak about money.
IE: how much one earns or what the paid for things.
Unless very close friends, you might.
Now I have met a couple people on this forum and have become friends
hope to meet a few more in the future. Being as the price of this car
is known, we know where everyone is starting at. that said, how much someone pays
more or at all is their business. Some will say, some won't.
Who cares, it is their money, their life.
Some people here can't afford this car, some its a stretch to do, but they manage it,
some have to sell a toy or two for it to happen, some can stroke a chq.
Again who cares, its their money, their choice. Insulting someone based on how they
choose to spend their money is silly IMO.
telling someone how much you paid, is only relevant to how much, they make, have
and can afford, which is no ones business.

I don't think anyone likes ADM's but some feel with their situation they can afford it, they want it, so they do it. Good for them, we have give the benefit of the doubt, if they can buy
a $60,000 car, they have done well enough to make this decision without everyone else's
input :)

You don’t want to know
I find it telling when someone insults and judges others for no real rhyme or reason, when how they choose to spend their money is none of anyone's business
Fixed that for you!

I can't help myself, I log on every day to see who the next person is to be offended by ADM charges. It is a free country isn't it ????? Profit is not evil
if you don't like ADM charges then don't buy the car, and quit bitching about it.

If find it really telling when somebody defends ADM, then won't admit how much they paid.

I paid MSRP for my track pack. OTD was a little under $58K, cash. I have no problem admitting what I paid. That's my conviction, it's a sound one. That's why I don't have a problem revealing it.
Rated R, I think it's fabulous and great for you that you were able to get an MSRP deal. I on the other hand didn't, I didn't want to make who knows how many phone calls, wasn't going to go out of state or travel any significant distance to get that deal. I like my dealership they got a late allocation, gave me a call and I thought the terms were fair for our area. I'll just say I called 1 other dealer before accepting and they were 7k higher than mine. Again ADM' s it's just supply and demand business, nothing personal.

Any leads on a 17 GT350 non-R deal at MSRP or close to it would be appreciated. Looking to trade my 15 M3 in on one.

Rickart, for a gt350r

Nice to hear back from you. We've had an offer of $50K over MSRP, at $117,345. We are happy to present an offer you'd like to submit to our Director of Sales. Would you care to make one?

for that I will keep my gt350 and be 70 percent towards a 2017 c7 GS too.

If your commenting on what I wrote, you really haven't read what I have been saying.

I have read your posts and totally agree, I was directing my post at the people
in the school of ADM resentment. I try not to worry about things out of my control and ADM charges are one of these things. ;)

I cannot believe so many people in here are in favor of ADM. Sure its a free market economy but that doesnt mean I wanna get raped. There are plenty of cars that rival this one once you start adding 10-15k to the price.

First NO one in here like ADM's nor in favor of them. It's just the reality. I do have a question though to someone that won't pay it or just out right hates them. I'm just asking with no disrespect to you, I want to make that clear.
Are you car guys not so much Mustang guys? Again I payed an ADM for a ShelbyGT350 because I'm a Mustang guy, always have been. So I really wanted this car. Now when the Z28 came out, great car but I wouldn't pay an ADM to get one. Same as a Viper or a HellCat I'm not paying an ADM for it. This GT350 is prob the only car I'd do it for, but again I'm a real fan of the Mustang Shelby. As far as losing $ once off the lot, that didnt concern me, I have no intention of selling the car so the value of the car is only personal to me.

Seems like plenty are in favor of them by the comments. But thats my interpretation.

My first 4 cars I ever owned were Mustangs but its been almost 15 years since I had one. Im definitely a car guy not a Mustang guy. I've owned Mustangs, BMW Ms, F-bodies, Vettes, a lightning, a 911, etc.

But hey everyone has their own money and if youre willing to pay the ADM and the car makes you that happy Im all for it. There are very few things I would pay over retail for in this world. Im just naturally frugal.

I would think the only ones in here in favor of an ADM's are members that own a Ford dealership. Lol.
