This one is available for $3k over sticker. Can't verify this as it is what I was told. http://www.laramieford.com/New-2016-Ford-Shelby-GT350-SHELBY-Laramie-WY/vd/33381624
I see no ADM on their website ad. The advertised price is $57,665 which is exactly what the MSRP window sticker shows. If they are advertising the price to be $57,665 on their website, then legally they need to honor that price. Someone better jump on this one.

Blend/build date looks to be Jan 29, 2016 per the window sticker.

They do not have to honor that price legally : They have a disclaimer.

I hate how generic legal disclaimers can be an excuse for people doing the wrong thing.

It's rare for a new car to run an ADM. You'd think that the dealer would have corrected the "error" after the first person called asking about it. Leaving the "erroneous" price up then becomes intentional and should be honored.

None of that specifies "additional dealer mark-up". I'd say they are on the hook for the advertised price. ADM's do not fall under "other fees required by LAW".

Until you call or show up in the showroom to buy it. :headbonk:
Yep, you are correct. I just called them, and they are asking $5,000 over MSRP.

Guy I spoke with says they just got it in, so who knows if they are willing to take less. He asked me: "Would you buy it for MSPR?" ... so maybe they would if someone walked in there with the funds.

I pointed out that their web ad shows the price at MSRP with no mention of any ADM. He said he will point that out to the dealership.

Just got back from Bickford Ford in Snohomish. They would not budge off the $75k price. I offered MSRP once the salesman told me that they had to fully swap the engine due to pinging noise. Ford swapped it out and they installed the new engine. I attempted to come up off MSRP by $5k but they would not budge and insisted that they would lose money. They tell me that the market on these is hot.. I sometimes feel that I'm the "market" based on willing buyer but without a willing seller I guess I'm not. So the car sits... Also the car at Idle has a ping / knock to it and the sales man insists that the mechanical fuel pump on these cars are that noisy. I did a google search while I waited for them to price out my trade and found numerous articles about how to fix the $15 fuel pump with new springs if it Knocks... I guess the buyer of this car will have to make it a warranty issue... just sounds awful to the layman's ear for such a beast.. Does anyone know of this mechanical fuel pump noise on the GT350? is it common??

Here is a link to the car.... some day I'll get one - I just don't want to part ways with $20k just to get one.

^^^ Blue with white stripes for $5K over MSRP in Wyoming ... not too far away from you - fly down, drive back. Link is in post #574. I called to verify the mark-up.

Ford swapped out the motor in the one at Bickford. Stay FAAAARRR AWAY from that one.

At least they disclosed it to him. That's more than I can say about the dealer (Lithia Ford of Fresno) I bought my car from. But yeah, run very fast away from that car. If they were smart they'd have jumped on your $5k offer.

PS Don't even pay $5k for a 2016 now. You can get a dealer down to $2-3k, or even MSRP, with the leak of the 2017 packaging, IMHO.
