  1. DIY: Permanently mounted battery trickle charger (maintainer)

Just checking in for the naysayers. 3 months running constantly on my GT350 and a 2nd identical one on my 911. Checked with multi-meter this morning, still perfect output and the auto-off feature is working too.
  2. Selling gt350, building race car.

If he does a lot of the work himself and gets a proven platform where parts are a bit less expensive, his budget is 100% realistic.
  3. Selling gt350, building race car.

I can see from your picture that it has the track pack spoiler, but you might want to specifically call that out and post year. That's a good starting point. They're relatively cheap, lots of parts available, etc. E36 m3 is always a good one too. The nice thing about the e36 is that you can...
  4. GT350 Black Friday deals thread

This one was just posted for a name your own price sale: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69920 looks like they have a few things that cross over to the gt350. I'll probably put in an offer on the jacking rails and the clutch spring.

Most SA2010 have the HANS anchor points pre-drilled. SA2005 is the one without it.

4 point is actually worse than a 3-point seatbelt. You'll go submarine status and the entire pressure of the camlock goes into your sternum. 5/6 point or nothing. With that said, if you go with a harness, $400 for a HANS or Necksgen is cheap insurance against internal decapitation (google it)

I've heard that old wisdom too; that if you flip on your lid with a harness and no roll bar, that all of the weight of the car will be on your spine and you'll be dead. However, again, the likelihood of that happening is MUCH lower than that of hitting something with wheels down and...

  10. Just discovered i have a vp racing fuels dealer in my area!

Less about the lead and more about the heat. More power comes with more heat which is detrimental to cats.

And kill your cats/o2 sensors fairly quickly.

Oh, and by the way, an investment in a set of harnesses and a HANS or Necksgen is a better investment than a roll bar. You're much more likely to hit something and stay shiny side up than to flip over.

  14. Black Friday Sale COMING SOON at Lethal Performance!

Doubt Lethal even makes 15% regularly. I know a lot of the FRPP stuff is down to less than 10% from MAP. Honestly kind of sad how much the manufacturers screw the resellers. Once you pay shipping and CC fees, its hard to feed a family, let alone have employees.
  15. Interior / Exterior Wrap

I used the 3m stuff on my BMW to cover up the burlwood dash. 3 years later and still looking great.

Have you done the track attack yet? They use the watson racing setup which does a stock bolt in. Looks pretty nice in the car and doesn't affect ingress/egress.
